Barack Obama is the president elect. I watched his victory speech and I must say it was pretty good, I teared up a couple of times, it was the emotion of it all. A news reporter said it was one of those "where were you when" moments. The other two being the assignation of John Kennedy (I was 7 years old, so I don't have an answer for that one) and 911 ( driving to work when I first heard about it, but was at work when I realized the full impact of what happened ) and tonight when it was announced that Obama won I was at home. I am not sure if I would of voted for him but hopefully he will be the president that the country really needs right now.
I also watched McCain's concession speech at it was also very good and gracious.
