Site of the Week

I came across this blog awhile ago, but just became a member a month ago.

I have been collecting postcards since before I was married, so over 30 years ago, I never dreamed there would be a place where I could share my postcards, with other postcard lovers. I also receive cards from all over the world, this also satisfies my other hobby, stamp collecting. So if you like receiving postcards why not join in the fun.

This is a "Resort" we stayed in when I was a teenager, I don't remember it being quite like the picture, but I do remember having a good time with the family. I might make this a weekly feature. If you have a postcard to share, just leave a comment and I will post it.

My 100th Post

This is my 100th post since Oct. 2007, it has taken almost 2 years to reach this many posts. I will try to do better. From now on most of my posts will consist of mainly pictures or videos, with very little words. That’s not to say there won’t be the occasional post to brag about my kids, or my grandchildren. Anyway to get me started on the picture post’s I have decided to enter the “Skywatch Friday’s” group. There are people on here from all over the world, and it's all about our sky. So without further ado here is my picture, taken last week at Ipperwash Beach, which is on Lake Huron in Southern Ontario.
