Movies, Owen, Tiverton and more...

I was off today. It was a nice day.

Owen had a doctor's appt. and he told Owen he can go back to work. He is healing just fine.


Our house is officially sold. The house inspection went fine nothing major needed to be done, only a couple of little minor things. The closing date is June 20Th, we wanted a close date so that Paul can start his new life. The apartment he is looking at is close to Owen's high school.

Yesterday I watched a couple of movies while doing housework. I watched Fahrenheit 451 and The Flower Drum Song. The first one is a sci-fi the book was written by Ray Bradbury. The 2nd one is a musical by Rogers & Hammerstein. It is one of my favourite movies.

Tomorrow night is the season finale of LOST. I have to work until 10:15 so I will have to wait until 11:00 to watch it. I wonder if we are going to find out who was in the coffin.

Well I did it I bought an DSLR camera. I have wanted one for awhile and since the house is sold I figured now is the time. It is a Canon Rebel XSi. I haven't had that much time to really get the feel of it, but I am sure I will this summer.

This past weekend I was in Tiverton. Some members of our church live there, so we decided to have church there ( I belong to a house church) on Sat. night. And on. Sunday we went for a little hike and then to a tiny park and had a picnic. It was a nice time. Thanks so much Ashley & Jeff.














I did some blog browsing yesterday I came across a lot of nice blogs, but these 2 really caught my attention. Altogether To Happy is a blog that has mostly to do with organizing your pictures. She has written some books. I liked it because of the different ideas she gives to you.
The 2nd one is one I have had listed on the right for awhile. It is very colourful and full of craft and decorating ideas. It is called Allsorts. Go ahead check them out I think you will like them.

This is my new place. I really like it here. How do you like my weed garden? The weather hasn't been exactly that great to work in it. Hopefully next week I get to work on it.
