Movies
Today was my first day back at work after my vacation. It actually went by fast, my shift was 11-7:30.
Yay, the new tv season has begun, tonight "The Biggest Loser" started. It looks like it is going to be a good seasonSome of the movies I have watched since my last post are:
"Enchanted" This was a cute movie. Though there are some parts that might be a little scary.for young children. Other than that it is a nice, happy ending - typically Disney movie. I recommend it for the family, even though the younger ones might not totally understand it.
"You Can't Take It With You" This movie made me tear up a little. It to has a happy ending, where everyone comes together. It stars Lionel Barrymore, Drews great uncle. I truly enjoyed this movie. Highly recommended.
"Rumor Has It"
This is not normally a movie I would watch, but TiVo recorded it for me so I decided to watch it. It was so so. I didn't like some of the language, but other than that it is pretty clean. Jennifer is beautiful as ever. Its defiantly a chick flick, I enjoyed it, and again i cried. I watched 3 movies (I was working at the same time) yesterday and they all made me cry. My hormones must of been out of wack.
"Yours, Mine and Ours"
This is a really wonderful movie, Lucille Ball & Henry Fonda are good. This is the 3rd movie I cried during. Now this is what surprised me, I have seen this movie at least 4 times before. I know crazy. I think because these movies had happy endings and and people came together they are just your feel good movies. I highly recommend this for family viewing.
"Secrets"Now this movie is being mentioned not because it is an awsome movie, it is a good movie though. But I am mentioning because this movie is 75 years old. That is older than my mom, and the movie was in pretty good condition, and my mom is also is great condition. I am also mentioning it because it starred Mary Pickford (her last movie) America's Sweetheart. Which is wierd because she was Canadian. I also recommend this movie.
